Saint-Lazare station

PreviousNext

Saint-Lazare is the newest station on an already new line, and as such it features very modern and futuristic architecture. The new extension features a large mezzanine floor with an imposing frosted-glass roof, letting natural light stream into the station. The platforms are also easily observed from this level. The floor of this mezzanine features a clock, which shows the time through strips of lights embedded in it. It is quite probable though that the vast majority of commuters who come through this station every day have never noticed it!
